Washington State Association of County Auditors

Member Directory Survey

WSACA is rebuilding its member directory as a living resource. Tell us about your office, and especially the people we should know as primary contacts, so the right folks receive WSACA Wednesdays invites, committee updates, and listserv messages.

Plan on 10 to 15 minutes. Only the questions marked * are required; everything else can be left blank, and if you get pulled away, your in-progress answers save automatically on this device. It helps to have names, titles, and emails for your division managers and key staff before you start.

Please complete your county's response by Friday, July 31, 2026. If anything changes after you submit, just come back and fill it out again; we always use your newest submission.

Main Office

Your primary or administrative location.

Additional Offices

Many offices work from more than one building, for example an elections office or licensing annex in a separate location. Add each one, and tell us whether the auditor or director also keeps an office there.

General Office Hours

Your standard, week-to-week public hours. No need to account for election-season or other special schedules here; the notes line below can capture anything unusual.

County Auditor

That is all we need about you for now. As the elected or appointed member, you are automatically invited to all WSACA meetings.

Email & Domains

Many counties are moving to .gov, and some are running more than one domain right now. When your domain changes, listserv delivery breaks until we update our lists, so this tells us which addresses to use and when to expect a switch.

Leadership & Support

These roles help us route calendar invites and listserv messages to the right people. Skip any role your office does not have.

Executive Assistant* Or administrative assistant; whatever your office calls the role
Chief Deputy* Sometimes titled Chief Deputy Auditor or similar

Records & IT

Two more contacts we would like in the directory. They may sit outside your office; share whoever WSACA should reach, and skip anything you do not know offhand.

Public Records Officer Whoever handles public records requests for your office
County IT Director Helps us coordinate things like the .gov transition and listserv delivery. For WSACA's internal use; not published in the directory.

What Being Listed Means

Adding a staff person to the directory signs them up for the communications for their area: listserv messages, alerts and notices sent out by committee chairs and co-chairs, and invitations to the meetings for that topic, including the monthly exchanges (Elections, Recording, Licensing, and the WSACA Finance Exchange).

It does not sign anyone up to serve on a committee; it simply keeps them informed and welcome to attend. And as the elected or appointed member, you are automatically invited to all WSACA meetings, so the sections below are about making sure the right people on your staff are included too.

If someone belongs in the directory for reference but should not receive any of it, use the "directory listing only" option next to their name.
